Step 1: Log in on Mobile App (Email)

First, download the official CapCut app on your phone (iOS or Android).

1. Select “Sign In with Email”

Open the app, go to the “Me” tab (profile), and choose to sign in.

Look for the “Sign in with Email”

2. Enter Credentials

Enter the Email and Password provided in your order. Log in successfully on your phone first.

Step 2: Log in on Desktop (Scan QR Code)

Now, open the CapCut software on your PC or Mac.

1. Generate QR Code on Desktop

Click the “Sign In” button in the top-left corner of the desktop app.

The login window will pop up. Ensure the QR Code tab is selected.

2. Scan with Mobile App

Return to your phone:

• Go to the “Edit” (Home) or “Me” tab.
• Look for the Scan Icon ( [ – ] ) usually located at the top corner or inside the search bar.
• Tap it and scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.

3. Confirm Authorization

A prompt will appear on your phone asking to confirm the login. Tap “Confirm” or “Authorize”.

Your desktop app will automatically log in.

How Do Check My Subscriptions?

On Desktop: Look at the left sidebar.Switch to Teams
On Mobile: Look at the  “Me” page.Click ‘Pro’ icon,Switch to Teams
